He is a Legal Practitioner, Associate of the Law Office of Kwainoe, Founder and President of Elevation Chapel Worldwide, Gbawe CP- Last Stop and Lecturer at the Mount Crest University College, Accra.

Previously, he worked with the National Investment Bank – 1985 to 1993. Then he joined Ecobank from 1993 to 2018. He then Chartered as a Banker in 2003 and then obtained an MBA, Finance in 2009 from the Leicester University, UK. He served as the Deputy Country Manager, Banking Operations- Ecobank Liberia [as an Expatriate], 2009-2010 – Head Remedial Management, Ecobank Liberia – 2010 to 2011, Lecturer – ICT at St Karol School of Nursing, Accra [Nursing University] from 2011 to 2018; Operations Manager, Ecobank Ghana-2011 – 2016 Client Engagement Manager, Ecobank Ghana- 2016 to 2018. LL.B -KNUST/ Mountcrest University -2017. BL – Ghana School of Law – 2022 – LL.M – 2023 – University of Ghana.
